We will use the information you provide only for the purpose of recruiting you for the market research studies. You can change your mind and delete your account at any time by visiting your profile and clicking ‘Delete Account’ option.

We support and strictly adhere to the standards and guidelines set out by the Market Research Society and British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of its panel members. We only collect personal information directly from panel members who have decided to give certain information in order to participate in market research discussions. Our panellists join voluntarily to share their experience and opinions regarding products and services. To conduct research with the panellists, we send e-mail invitations clearly stating the purpose of the contact, an option to decline the invitation and a further option to remove your information from our panel.

We only use panellists’ data for the following purposes:

  1. To invite panellists to participate in market research studies
  2. To conduct survey profiles to obtain further information
  3. To respond to a panellists’ support issues
  4. To validate the panellists’ personal information

On occasion Field Scope International may contact the panellists for other reasons, such as:

  1. To obtain information regarding the payment of an incentive
  2. To ask a panel member for his/her permission to use their personal information for any other purpose than previously notified at the time they entered their personal information.

When you participate in any of our discussions you may be asked for your personal opinions, as well as demographic information such as your age and gender, and type of household. You may refuse to answer certain questions or discontinue participation in a study at any time. You may terminate your memberships at any time by following the opt-out instructions.

We do not give, sell or otherwise share your personal information to any third parties without your prior consent, except as set out below:

Research Responses:  Your responses to research questions are anonymous, and responses cannot be identified with you personally. Responses you give during research may be added to your personal information in order to allow us to select the most appropriate panellists to invite to individual studies, however, this information remains completely confidential.

Sale or Transfer of Business: We may transfer any information we have about you as an asset in connection with a merger or sale (including transfers made as part of any insolvency or bankrupt proceedings) involving all or part of a corporate reorganization or other change in corporate control.

Legal: We may provide your information in response to a search warrant, other legally valid enquiry or order, or to an investigative body in case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required by law. We may also disclose personal information to assist us in collecting a debt owed by you, or otherwise where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If your data is shared in any of the cases listed below, you will be notified about it within 30 days.

We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children and we encourage parents and/or guardians to spend time online with their children to participate and monitor their Internet activities. We will never process personal data of children without parental consent and we comply with applicable Laws and Codes pertaining to the protection of children’s privacy. For research purposes, we comply with all applicable international and country specific laws regarding obtaining consent from parents and/or guardians for a child’s participation in such research. Parents and/or guardians are encouraged to contact us to discuss the personal information collected from their child or children.
